Ingredients Need For Vegetable Poha
- 2 cups Poha
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 cup potato peeled and finely chopped
- ½ tsp mustard seeds
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- Curry leaves
- Green chili finely chopped
- ½ tsp Hing
- 1 tsp peanuts
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder (Haldi)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp grated coconut
- Salt as per taste
- Red chili powder (optional)
- Oil for cooking
- Coriander leaves finely chopped
Aloo Pyaz Paratha
Vegetable Poha Making Directions:
- Take Poha in a bowl wash it properly with running water
- Heat a pan add oil to it.
- Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
- Add finely chopped green chili.
- Then add curry leaves, things, and peanuts.
- Cook all for 20-25 seconds.
- Now add finely chopped onions sauté well till turn nice brown in color.
- Add chopped potatoes and add salt.
- Add vegetables as per your choice.
- Cover the pan until potatoes slightly soften.
- Add turmeric powder and mix well.
- Now Add red chilli powder(optional).
- Add lemon juice.
- Add soaked Poha and mix well.
- Cook 2-3 mins more then add chopped coriander leaves.
Your poha is ready to serve.
