The recipe is one of the most popular breakfast dishes throughout the western, central and northern regions of India as well as the eastern regions of Pakistan.

What Ingredients Are Required To Make Aloo Onion(Pyaz) Paratha?
- 2 cups wheat flour
- ½ Teaspoon salt
- Water
- Boiled potato
- ½ cup chopped onions
- Chopped Coriander
- Chopped green chilli
- Red chili powder, salt to taste, garam masala, amchur
- Ghee(Desh Ghee), Butter
Directions To Cook Aloo Pyaz(Onion)Paratha
- Take wheat flour in a bowl add salt to it and knead a smooth soft dough.
- Keep it aside for 20-25 mins.
- Now, boil the potatoes and let them cool down.
- Take a pan to add oil to it.
- Now fry the chopped onions and put some green chili in it.
- Add chili powder, garam masala, salt as per taste, and amchur.
- Once onions turn brown mash the boiled potatoes and mix them.
- Add coriander.
